Firearm Owner's Identification (FOID) Cards will expire on the cardholder's birthday immediately following the 10-year period from the date of issuance, rather than exactly 10 years from issuance

Concealed carry licenses will expire on the licensee's birthday immediately following the 5-year period from the date of issuance, rather than exactly 5 years from issuance

Amends the Firearm Owners Identification Card Act (430 ILCS 65/7) and the Firearm Concealed Carry Act (430 ILCS 66/10)
