Amends the Interscholastic Athletic Organization Act to add a new Section 1.30 regarding military schedule conflicts

Requires interscholastic athletic associations and entities that regulate school athletic competitions in Illinois to exempt students from mandatory practice requirements when they cannot attend due to military service-related activities

Allows affected students to participate in games, matches, or other competitions even if they miss the required number of practices because of military obligations
