Creates a $500 income tax credit for full-time police officers, firefighters, and rescue workers in Illinois

Credit applies to taxable years beginning January 1, 2025 through December 31, 2029 (5-year program)

Unused credit amounts may be carried forward for up to 5 taxable years if the credit exceeds the taxpayer's liability

"Rescue worker" includes Emergency Medical Responders, EMTs, EMT-Intermediates, Advanced EMTs, and Paramedics licensed under the Emergency Medical Services Systems Act

Definitions for "police officer" and "firefighter" align with the Line of Duty Compensation Act
