Adds "Genetic Medicine and Genetic Counseling" to the list of physician and provider specialties for which the Illinois Department of Insurance must consider establishing provider-to-beneficiary ratios in network health plans

Amends Section 10 of the Network Adequacy and Transparency Act (215 ILCS 124/10) to include genetic medicine and genetic counseling alongside 29 other existing specialty categories such as primary care, cardiology, behavioral health, and oncology

Requires network plans to demonstrate minimum ratios of providers to plan beneficiaries across listed specialties, with standards established by the Department in consultation with the Department of Public Health based on federal CMS guidance

Applies to network adequacy requirements that insurers must file with the Director of Insurance before issuing, delivering, or renewing network health plans in Illinois
