Amends the Illinois Gambling Act to expand provisions for retired Illinois Gaming Board sworn law enforcement personnel beyond just investigators

Requires the Board to allow retired sworn law enforcement personnel who left in good standing to keep their previously issued identification cards, stamped with red "RETIRED" lettering

Alternatively, the Board must issue new photographic identification cards to retired personnel indicating their separation from service and former employment as sworn law enforcement

Requires the Board to immediately reissue replacement identification cards if a retired officer's card is lost or stolen, upon written request

Retains existing provisions allowing retiring investigators to purchase their service badge and firearm (at replacement value, with valid FOID card required for firearm purchases)
