Prohibits the Illinois Department of Revenue from requiring individuals, not-for-profits, or business entities to collect and furnish individual tax identification information from vendors participating in events they host or sponsor

Amends the Department of Revenue Law of the Civil Administrative Code of Illinois by adding Section 2505-811

Applies to all taxpayer types including individuals, nonprofit organizations, and business entities that host or sponsor events with participating vendors

Takes effect immediately upon becoming law
