Requires the sheriff to present delinquent property tax lists to the county treasurer or county collector by May 15 of each year

County treasurer or collector must verify the lists are correct (or correct any errors) and direct the county clerk to certify copies of real property delinquent lists to the auditor by June 1 annually

Original delinquent lists must be preserved by the clerk, with delinquent real property lists recorded in a permanent book

Amends the Property Tax Code (35 ILCS 200/21-110) regarding published notice requirements for judgment and sale of delinquent properties

Takes effect immediately upon becoming law
