IL HB1442

Amends the Illinois Election Code to make curbside voting mandatory rather than optional for election authorities

Requires election authorities to establish curbside voting during both early voting and on election day (previously could offer it during either early voting or election day)

Curbside voting programs must designate at least 2 election judges from opposite parties per vehicle

Voters using curbside voting must have the opportunity to mark their ballot without interference from election judges
