Amends the Illinois Election Code to require that applications for a single-election vote by mail ballot include an option for voters to simultaneously apply for permanent vote by mail status

The permanent vote by mail option on single-election applications must follow the same form requirements as standalone permanent vote by mail applications

Permanent vote by mail status allows registered voters to automatically receive mail ballots for all future elections without submitting separate applications each time

Voters applying for permanent status must indicate whether they want ballots for all elections or specify a party affiliation for primary elections
