Extends early voting at public university student unions from the 6th day before a general primary or general election through the day before the election (previously ended on the 4th day before)

Requires voting on Election Day at university student unions from 6:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., adding same-day voting that was not previously required

Maintains early voting hours of 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. during the pre-election voting period

Applies to all Illinois public universities including University of Illinois campuses, Illinois State University, Chicago State University, Southern Illinois University, Northern Illinois University, Eastern Illinois University, Western Illinois University, Northeastern Illinois University, and Governors State University

Does not require this voting to be conducted during consolidated primary or consolidated elections
