Amends the Environmental Barriers Act to change the annual reporting deadline for the Attorney General's enforcement data from July 31 to January 31

Requires the Attorney General to publish enforcement data on their website starting January 31, 2026, and every January 31 thereafter

Mandates reporting on open compliance investigations, the 10 most frequent complaints, total annual complaints received, and assistance provided through the disability rights technical assistance line

Maintains existing enforcement authority allowing the Attorney General to investigate violations, issue subpoenas, seek injunctions, and impose civil penalties up to $250 per day for non-compliant property owners
