Eliminates the filing fee for recording modifications to remove unlawful restrictive covenants from property records (previously capped at $10)

Prohibits county recorders from charging fees for copies of records needed to file restrictive covenant modifications that remove discriminatory language

Applies to recorded covenants that discriminate based on race, color, religion, or national origin in property conveyance, occupancy, or leasing

Amends Section 3-5048 of the Counties Code governing the process for removing illegal discriminatory restrictions from property deeds and declarations
