Authorizes the Illinois Court of Claims to hold sessions remotely in addition to physical locations within the state

Permits judges and commissioners to take evidence and conduct cases remotely, not just at physical locations within Illinois

Grants the court authority to adopt administrative rules for remote or electronic filing of claims and motions, remote participation, electronic taking of evidence/testimony, and electronic payment of fees

Extends the filing deadline for Crime Victims Compensation Act claims from one year to five years after the crime occurred

Allows the court to determine the form and manner of collecting all filing fees and other charges through administrative rule
