Caps the maximum number of petition signatures required to run for park commissioner in General Park Districts at 300 signatures from qualified voters

Current law requires petition signatures equal to 2% of voters from the last commissioner election, with a minimum of 25 signatures

Amends the Park District Code (70 ILCS 1205/2-11) to add this 300-signature ceiling while keeping the existing minimum and percentage-based requirements in place

Applies specifically to General Park Districts in Illinois
