Requires certified pesticide applicators to provide written or email notice at least 72 hours before applying pesticides within one-half mile of a school or public park, effective January 1, 2027

Notice must be delivered to the administrator of the affected school or public park and must describe the pesticide to be applied

Defines "public park" broadly to include parks, forest preserves, bikeways, trails, and conservation areas under state or local government jurisdiction

Amends the Illinois Pesticide Act by adding new Section 13.6
