Extends organ donation leave benefits to part-time employees, allowing them up to 10 days of paid leave in any 12-month period to serve as an organ donor

Requires employers to calculate part-time employee compensation for organ donor leave based on the daily average pay from the previous 2 months of employment

Clarifies that "participating employees" (rather than just "employees") are eligible for blood donation leave of up to one hour every 56 days

Maintains requirement that employees must obtain employer approval before using blood or organ donation leave

Amends the Employee Blood and Organ Donation Leave Act (820 ILCS 149/10)
