IL HB1630

Amends the Nursing Home Care Act to require the Department's annual Directory of nursing home facilities to include facility website addresses, if available

Adds website information as a new required element (item 7) to the existing directory requirements for each public health region

Current directory requirements already include facility name and address, number and type of licensed beds, cooperating hospital name, administrator name, telephone number, and provider association membership/accreditation status
