Amends Section 57.7 of the Environmental Protection Act regarding leaking underground storage tank site investigations and corrective action procedures

Adds an alternative method for publishing bid invitations for corrective action work seeking Underground Storage Tank Fund reimbursement: allows publication on an electronic procurement website approved by the Agency instead of only in a local newspaper of general circulation

Maintains the existing requirement of at least 14 days public notice before bid opening for corrective action projects

Preserves all other existing bidding requirements including sealed bids, public bid openings, competitive evaluation criteria, and documentation retention for at least 3 years after payment applications
