Amends the Chicago School District Article of the School Code regarding alternative procedures for teacher evaluation, remediation, and removal for cause

Requires the Chicago Board of Education and the teachers' union to negotiate a new evaluation system if the State Board of Education determines the current alternative evaluation procedures have clear racial, ethnic, socio-economic, or geographic disparities

Mandates any new evaluation system addressing disparities must be implemented no later than August 15, 2026

New evaluation system must maintain existing requirements that student performance data be a significant factor and that teachers be rated as "excellent," "proficient," "needs improvement," or "unsatisfactory"

Takes effect immediately upon becoming law
