Amends Section 4-135 of the Illinois Pension Code regarding firefighter pension fund benefits

Prohibits pensioners, annuitants, disability beneficiaries, and other beneficiaries from transferring or assigning their pension, annuity, refund, or disability benefit by mortgage or other means

Creates an exception allowing annuitants or disability beneficiaries to direct monthly payments to associations or organizations they are affiliated with through their fire service

Permits payment redirects for hospitalization insurance purposes for the annuitant, disability beneficiary, or their surviving spouse

Maintains existing protections preventing pension funds from being seized, levied, or used to satisfy debts, damages, or judgments against firefighters or their beneficiaries
