Amends the Illinois Election Code to shift jurisdiction over objections to township officer nominations in counties with 3,000,000+ residents (Cook County) from the township officers electoral board to the county officers electoral board

Township officers electoral boards would only hear nomination objections in townships located in counties with populations of 3,000,000 or more, rather than all townships statewide

The county officers electoral board in smaller counties (under 3,000,000 population) would gain explicit authority to hear objections for township officer nominations

County officers electoral boards are composed of the county clerk (as chair), state's attorney, and clerk of the circuit court, or their designated assistants
