Requires the Illinois Criminal Justice Information Authority to publish homicide and firearm assault statistics on its public website every 4 months, beginning September 1, 2026

Mandates reporting for each law enforcement agency include: number of homicides, number of aggravated assaults with a firearm, and cases cleared by arrest

Requires disclosure of cases cleared or closed without arrest, including breakdowns for reasons such as deceased perpetrator, prosecution declined, suspect in custody of another jurisdiction, or other exceptional circumstances

Directs the Illinois State Police to submit or provide web-based access to this crime data to the Illinois Criminal Justice Information Authority beginning July 1, 2026

Amends both the Illinois Criminal Justice Information Act and the Uniform Crime Reporting Act to establish these new reporting requirements
