Amends Section 85-14 of the Township Code to expand nondiscrimination requirements for township fund distribution

Prohibits township officials from denying funds to organizations based on the national origin of the person who would receive those funds from the organization

Defines "national origin" as the place in which a person or one of the person's ancestors was born

Maintains existing prohibition against denying township funds to organizations based on perceived citizenship or immigration status of fund recipients
