Removes the option for churches and private schools serving as polling places to prohibit electioneering on their entire property beyond the standard 100-foot campaign free zone

Under current law, churches and private schools can extend the campaign free zone to cover all of their property when hosting a polling place; this bill eliminates that option

Electioneering at polling places located in churches and private schools would be restricted only within 100 feet of the polling room entrance, consistent with rules for all other polling locations

Amends Sections 7-41 and 17-29 of the Illinois Election Code (10 ILCS 5)
