Creates a new license category for "denturists" in Illinois, allowing them to independently provide full or partial dentures and other removable non-orthodontic dental appliances to the public, including taking impressions, bite registrations, and fitting dentures

Establishes licensing requirements including completion of an associate degree in denture technology, 1,000 hours of supervised clinical practice, and passing both written and practical examinations administered by the new Board of Denture Technology

Creates a 7-member Board of Denture Technology appointed by the Secretary of Financial and Professional Regulation, consisting of 4 practicing denturists, 1 licensed dentist, and 2 public members, with members serving 4-year terms

Provides reciprocity for denturists licensed in other states, the District of Columbia, Canada, or U.S. territories if their licensing standards are substantially equivalent and they have 2 years of active practice experience

Takes effect immediately upon becoming law, with the licensure requirement for denturists beginning January 1, 2026
