Amends the Illinois Vehicle Code (625 ILCS 5/3-405) to add a new requirement for motor vehicle registration applications

Requires every applicant for motor vehicle registration to present a valid driver's license at the time of submitting their registration application

Current law already requires applicants to provide name, address, vehicle description, insurance affirmation, and other information; this adds driver's license presentation to existing requirements
