Eliminates the mandatory road test (actual driving demonstration) requirement for driver's license applicants and renewals for individuals aged 75 and older in Illinois

Makes driving tests optional rather than required for older drivers, bringing their examination requirements in line with younger drivers who only need vision, written, and traffic knowledge tests
