Modifies how the 8% of Cannabis Regulation Fund moneys transferred to the Local Government Distributive Fund must be spent

Allocates 2% for law enforcement training programs covering de-escalation techniques, officer safety techniques (cover, concealment, time), and high-risk traffic stops

Allocates 2% for the purchase of body cameras and 2% for law enforcement discretionary use

Allocates 1% to counties for pretrial services costs and 1% to counties for juvenile expungement costs

Replaces previous requirement that funds be used for crime prevention, training, and interdiction efforts related to illegal cannabis market and DUI enforcement
