Extends the Illinois Dental Practice Act's sunset date from January 1, 2026 to January 1, 2031, allowing the regulatory framework for dentists and dental hygienists to continue

Adds "email address of record" as a new defined term and requires licensees to provide both a physical address and email address to the Department, with updates required within 14 days of any change

Removes several sunset provisions that would have expired January 1, 2026, including provisions for public health dental hygienist supervision, coronal scaling by dental assistants, and dentist-administered vaccinations

Allows the Department to serve notices and communications via email to licensees' email address of record, in addition to traditional mail delivery methods

Makes technical amendments throughout the Act to replace gendered language ("his or her") with gender-neutral alternatives ("the licensee's," "the person's," etc.)
