Amends the Illinois Municipal Code to expand the powers of hearing officers in municipal administrative adjudication proceedings

Adds new authority for hearing officers to enter orders prohibiting further code violations or compelling remediation of existing code violations within a specified timeframe

Authorizes municipalities to take all necessary steps to remediate code violations when ordered by a hearing officer

Maintains existing hearing officer limitations, including no authority to impose incarceration or fines exceeding $50,000 (or the maximum amount established by the Mandatory Arbitration System for the judicial circuit)
