Requires each community college course to be taught by a qualified faculty member who meets the qualifications set forth in state administrative code (23 Ill. Adm. Code 1501.303(f))

Prohibits community colleges from using artificial intelligence as the sole source of instruction for students in any course

Permits faculty members to use artificial intelligence to augment or supplement their course instruction

Defines "artificial intelligence" by reference to the definition in the Illinois Human Rights Act

Amends the Public Community College Act by adding Section 3-29.28
