Amends the State Officials and Employees Ethics Act to modify time sheet requirements for certain higher education employees

Faculty at public institutions of higher education (including tenure system and nontenure system) may satisfy time sheet requirements by complying with the terms of their employment contract rather than submitting detailed quarter-hour time documentation

Employees of public higher education institutions not eligible for overtime pay under the Fair Labor Standards Act may also use their contract terms to fulfill time sheet requirements

Employment contracts must provide a means of compliance with the time documentation requirement

Takes effect immediately upon becoming law
