Recreates the Veterans' Services Task Force (originally created by Public Act 101-225 and repealed December 31, 2023) to review veterans' service-related ailments not recognized by the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs

Directs the Task Force to assess ways Illinois can improve federal disability compensation claim approval rates and address disparities between Illinois veterans and veterans in other states

Establishes a 15-member Task Force including the Director of Veterans' Affairs, 2 House members, 2 Senate members, one veteran, one medical professional with VA experience, 4 veterans organization representatives, and 4 members from county Veterans Assistance Commissions

Requires the Task Force to meet at least twice annually, with administrative support provided by the Department of Veterans' Affairs; members serve without compensation but may be reimbursed for expenses

Mandates a report with findings and recommendations be submitted to the Governor and General Assembly by December 31, 2026; the Task Force dissolves on December 31, 2027
