Requires school boards to report computer science course data to the State Board of Education beginning with the 2026-2027 school year for grades K-8, including instruction time, content descriptions, and student enrollment broken down by demographics (grade level, gender, race/ethnicity, free/reduced lunch eligibility, disability status, English learner status)

Mandates one year of high school computer science for students entering 9th grade beginning in the 2027-2028 school year as a graduation requirement, which may be taken in grades 7-12

Allows the required computer science course to count toward fulfillment of one year of foreign language, the third year of mathematics, or the elective requirement (music, art, foreign language, vocational education, or forensic speech)

Expands eligibility for computer science courses to satisfy mathematics requirements by changing "Advanced Placement computer science" to any "computer science course"

Exempts students transferring from out of state after 11th grade from the computer science requirement and permits schools to enter cooperative resource sharing agreements to provide computer science course access
