Amends the Assisted Living and Shared Housing Act by adding Section 92 on incident and accident reporting

Requires assisted living establishments to report to the Department any incident or accident resulting in significant physical harm or injury to a resident

Mandates reporting when a resident requires outside emergent medical treatment as a direct result of an incident or accident

Excludes from reporting requirements changes in a resident's condition that are due to normal health or medical decline
