Increases the poultry exemption limit from 5,000 to 7,500 birds per calendar year for poultry raisers who can process and sell poultry without continuous state or federal inspection

Expands where exempt poultry products can be sold to include the farm, farmers' markets, roadside stands, and through direct delivery to consumers

Requires at least one person responsible for operations to hold a Certified Food Protection Manager certification from an ANSI-accredited program

Mandates specific labeling requirements including producer name and address, processing date, and "NOT INSPECTED-Exempt P.L. 90-492" statement in at least 10-point font

Requires point-of-sale notices (18-point font on physical displays or online message) informing consumers that products were processed in an exempt on-farm facility

Removes the previous restriction that prohibited producers from slaughtering animals not owned by them for more than 30 days
