Amends the Motor Vehicle Retail Installment Sales Act to require sellers to provide consumers, upon request, a copy of third-party motor vehicle warranty contracts and written cost disclosures

Third-party motor vehicle warranties are defined as additional warranties, extended service contracts, or vehicle protection plans from entities other than the vehicle manufacturer

Required disclosures must summarize all potential consumer costs including deductibles, co-pays, service fees, maximum coverage limits, non-covered expenses, and a statement that claim approvals are made by the warranty provider, not the seller

Sellers satisfy requirements by providing a completed Federal Trade Commission Buyers Guide (per 16 CFR 455) and the requested warranty documents

Sellers are not liable for violations if a third-party warranty provider denies claims or makes errors, omissions, or changes in coverage terms and conditions
