Requires the Illinois Department of Natural Resources to end its sharpshooting program for managing chronic wasting disease in a county's deer herd if no cases of the disease have been identified in that herd for the preceding 3 calendar years

Allows the Department to reinstitute the sharpshooting program in a county if chronic wasting disease is again identified in the deer herd

Amends Section 2.25 of the Wildlife Code, which governs deer hunting regulations including permitted weapons, seasons, and disease management harvest periods
