Amends the Illinois Drug Reuse Opportunity Program Act to add a formal definition of "Department" as the Illinois Department of Public Health

Grants the Department authority to access records maintained under the Act upon request from program participants

Requires the Department to maintain and publish on its website a list of pharmacies participating in the program and to educate pharmacies about voluntary participation

Mandates the Department develop public educational materials about the program's purposes and benefits and publish an annual report to the General Assembly by December 31 of each year, starting December 31, 2026

Requires pharmacy recipients to notify the Department of their participation in dispensing drugs under the Act and report data in a format established by the Department
