Creates a new special license plate for Illinois residents who have been awarded the Armed Forces Expeditionary Medal for military service after July 1, 1958

Eligible recipients must have participated in U.S. military operations, operations in direct support of the United Nations, or operations assisting friendly foreign nations

Plates may be affixed to passenger vehicles, motorcycles, and motor vehicles weighing not more than 8,000 pounds

Secretary of State has discretion over plate design, color, and format, and may allow vanity or personalized versions; plates are not required to include "Land of Lincoln"

Takes effect July 1, 2026
