Creates the Compassionate Support for Bereaved Mothers Act (also called the Heal Your Heart Act) to provide support for mothers whose children were knowingly killed by another person in Illinois

Entitles bereaved mothers to free mental health counseling and psychiatric services for up to one year, coordinated through the Department of Human Services

Provides employed bereaved mothers with a minimum of 12 weeks of paid disability leave at full salary, with possible extension up to one year upon medical necessity determination, plus an additional 10 days of paid leave

Allows bereaved mothers in subsidized, scattered site, or public housing to relocate to another unit if they feel threatened or unsafe, with temporary housing and relocation costs paid through a newly created Bereaved Mothers Fund

Effective January 1, 2026, with automatic repeal 5 years after becoming law; requires annual reports on implementation and effectiveness
