Prohibits third-party restaurant reservation services (websites, apps, or online platforms) from listing, advertising, promoting, or selling reservations for a food service establishment without a written agreement with that establishment

Exempts reservation distribution channels that have contracts with the restaurant or with an entity authorized by the restaurant to distribute reservations

Imposes civil penalties of up to $1,000 per violation, with each day of unauthorized reservation activity for a particular restaurant counting as a single violation

Allows the Attorney General to bring enforcement proceedings, and permits affected restaurants or customers charged fees to file civil lawsuits seeking injunctive relief, actual damages, and attorney's fees

Establishes a one-year statute of limitations for bringing claims under the Act
