Expands the definition of "epinephrine injector" to "epinephrine delivery system" to include any FDA-approved form of epinephrine used to treat life-threatening allergic reactions, not just auto-injectors and pre-filled syringes

Creates a new "authorized individual" designation for anyone who completes the required anaphylaxis training program, allowing them to obtain, carry, and administer epinephrine delivery systems

Allows the Department of Public Health to issue a statewide standing order for dispensing epinephrine delivery systems to authorized individuals and trained employees of authorized entities

Removes the location restriction requiring epinephrine to be administered only "on the property of the authorized entity," now permitting administration anywhere allergens capable of causing anaphylaxis may be present

Provides civil liability protection for authorized individuals who act in good faith to provide or administer epinephrine in emergency situations, except in cases of willful and wanton misconduct
