Amends the definition of "separate public special education day school" in the School Code's Children with Disabilities Article

Excludes any school in a district that exceeds its Adequacy Target under the evidence-based funding formula from being classified as a "separate public special education day school"

The existing definition covers separate special education programs or facilities established by school districts, public schools, regional offices of education, or special education cooperatives for students who cannot be educated in general school environments

Takes effect immediately upon becoming law
