Establishes the Task Force on Loneliness within the Illinois Department of Public Health to study key factors contributing to loneliness, identify age groups most susceptible, and develop potential solutions to address the loneliness epidemic and related health concerns

Task Force consists of 11 members: 4 General Assembly members (2 serving as co-chairs), 3 state agency directors (Public Health, Healthcare and Family Services, and Aging) or designees, and 4 public members appointed by the Governor (2 licensed social workers and 2 healthcare industry representatives)

Members serve without compensation but receive reimbursement for reasonable expenses; the Department of Public Health provides administrative support

Final report with findings, data, and recommendations must be submitted to the General Assembly by January 1, 2027

Task Force dissolves and the Act is repealed on July 1, 2027
