Prohibits supportive living dementia care settings from limiting resident access to sinks, microwaves, and refrigerators in their rooms, effective January 1, 2026

Requires social and recreational programming to be provided at least daily at a time and location separate from meal service

Establishes minimum apartment size requirements for newly constructed supportive living dementia care settings beginning January 1, 2026: at least 300 square feet for single occupancy or 450 square feet for double occupancy (including closets and bathroom)

Mandates that each apartment in newly constructed dementia care settings include a sink, microwave, and refrigerator within the unit

Requires newly constructed supportive living dementia care settings to have a common area completely separate from the dining area, effective January 1, 2026
