Reconstitutes the First Responders Suicide Task Force to develop recommendations and mechanisms to reduce suicide risk and rates among first responders

Adds 3 new members to the Task Force: one representative from an organization providing mental health training/support for first responders, and two representatives from organizations advocating for public safety telecommunicators (911 dispatchers)

Requires new Task Force members to be appointed within 30 days of the amendatory act's effective date, with meetings beginning within 30 days after all appointments

Sets a deadline of December 31, 2026 for the Task Force to issue its final report to the General Assembly

Repeals the Task Force on January 1, 2027
