Amends the Illinois Freedom to Work Act to make non-compete and non-solicitation agreements unenforceable against health care professionals who provide reproductive health care or maternity care if enforcement would likely reduce availability of those services in Illinois

Places the burden of proof on employers seeking to enforce such covenants to demonstrate that enforcement will not reduce the availability of reproductive health care or maternity care in the state

Applies only to covenants entered into after the effective date of the amendatory Act (upon becoming law)

Defines "health care professional," "maternity care," and "reproductive health care" by reference to the Reproductive Health Act

Takes effect immediately upon becoming law
