Amends the Unemployment Insurance Act to limit the period workers are ineligible for unemployment benefits due to a labor dispute (strike) to a maximum of 2 weeks, after which they become eligible for benefits

Current law makes workers ineligible for unemployment benefits for any week their unemployment is caused by a labor dispute at their workplace; this bill changes that to only a 2-week ineligibility period

Maintains existing exceptions: workers locked out by employers remain eligible for benefits (with certain conditions), and workers not participating in or financing the dispute may still qualify for benefits

Preserves existing provisions that an employer's failure to pay wages within 10 working days does not constitute a "labor dispute" for disqualification purposes
