Requires the State Board of Education to report annually on all assessment contracts starting July 1, 2025, including contract effective dates, end dates, renewal options, yearly costs, and communications with vendors about renewals

Mandates the State Board of Education to compile and publish all assessment contract information on its public website

Directs the State Board to engage with stakeholder groups on assessment transparency, including the committee under Section 2-3.64a-5, the Balanced Accountability Measure Committee, and the Technical Advisory Committee

Authorizes the State Board of Education to adopt rules necessary to implement these reporting requirements

Takes effect immediately upon becoming law
